Happy 4th of July!

Since the beaches in Miami were going to be super crowded for the holiday we decided to continue exploring our new surroundings and head to Ft. Lauderdale with some friends.


The whole group grabbed dinner and drinks at Hooters right on the beach. After dinner we took our towels and blankets out to the sand to get all settled for the fireworks. They were awesome!! It was so romantic just laying on the beach, the first 4th of July Jeff and I have gotten to spend together in a few years. After the fireworks we all went to Fat Tuesdays for some frozen beverages to enjoy the rest of the night.
